excellent location and friendly staff!
easy access neat room varied breakfast
I loved that the hotel is right above the spanish steps. An elevator nearby provides easy access to the metro! the location is excellent. the rooms are neat, and the maid kept everything tidy, so much praise for that! breakfast was nice, varied, and warm in a pleasant environment. claudio was super kind and met all our additional requests!
the room was very basic! the bathroom was quite small with practically no countertop at the sink.

the staff offered courteous service, and everyone was helpful! they gave us a rundown of the 'must-do's and booked us a private taxi to get back to the airport, it was really appreciated.

Our room was fantastic. It was spotlessly clean and had a balcony with a lovely hot tub bath in the room itself! the towels were refreshed daily. The continental breakfast was always fresh, and the coffee was strong.

Acceptable Location. Some Issues
awkward layout compromised privacy
The location was very central.
The breakfast offered minimal variety. My room had a somewhat awkward layout as it featured stairs down to the living area and stairs up to the bedroom. The bathroom's glass door also did not fully close, so privacy was compromised.

convenient location helpful staff excellent service
The location is superb, close to main attractions. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The breakfast had many options. The service was excellent and the staff were super kind. The check-in process was quick, and the staff provided lots of useful information!!!
